Well my digital cam is jacked up so i'll type it out only.
1. Take the dash apart like you going to take out the center console, when you get to the part where you have the two screws to take out stop there and leave them in.
2. I got two led lights and drilled a hole in the middle of the cup holders that was just the right size for it to snap in and feed the wires to the + and - of my lights under my seat, so when I turn my lights on with the green swith they all come on.
Sorry if this is not good enough it's my first write up. I know one of the older members can help any noobs out.

Also on a stock civic, it looks DUMB since you can't hide the tubes. esp on the sides. if you can see the tubes, its gay.

i had underglows on my whip and i kept getting pulled over because apparently they are illegal in onatio, unless the cops ar ejust messing with me, ended up selling them o well
i rocked white all the time
im not the biggest fan of them but if you can do it properly without seeing the actual lights then it can look good

i think underglow should only b used as the finishing touches on a show car i used to want sum but since my body was stock i had nowhere to hide the tubes but then i visited this site OZNIUM.COM they have an awsome collection of lighting and loads of pix if u wanna see automotive lighting done right check that place out they even have non tube underbodies tht are a godsend

yea n dont forget if u get tha millioncolor tubes it adds 5 pounds of boost even w/o turbo..lol
but yes i stick to my previous comment neon is only good as a finishing touch on show cars only neon ive had is in the foot wells and in my trunk for my subs neva had underbody so i cant pass judgment
