| Re: Do It Yourself Spring Install - Detailed Info & Pics returning my suspension to stock from coilovers and ran into a problem with the fronts. I have everything lined up but i need the brake assembly to drop lower to line up the crash bolts, installing the coilovers was easy because the actual shocks are shorter in length i have no clue how to lower the brake assembly enough to line up the crash bolts because I;m also afraid of popping the axle out if I push it down to far. its like the spring needs to be compressed so the shock moves up but I have no clue how to do this with everything disassembled, I feel like a rookie figured this would take me 2 hours for all 4 corners, had no problems installing the coilovers. any help would be greatly apprecited I reinstalled my coilovers for the time being, until i figure this out or end up have to take it to a shop, thanks boys |
