Someone explain the rear sway bars to me

Ok ive read most of the threads about the rsx rear sway bar and the progress sway bar, but im really confused on what to get!

I just got goldlines so now i read that if your lowering you should go with the 22mm instead of the 19mm....Well isn't the 19mm still better

than the stock 13mm??

Im talking with someone right now and hes telling me not to get the 22mm if i have rear upper and lower strut tie bars....

Someone explain what goes with what and why..I would really appreciate it

the 19mm should be fine. u can get the 22mm it just makes it a little stiffer. doesnt mean much until you brake hard or turn a corner hard, your rear end will break loose sooner with a stiffer bar. thats about all i know.

are these bars just for better handling or cornering or what? Are they hard to put on?

That's retarded. Do not trust anything they say.

Reduce body roll for better cornering since the tires will have more grip in a turn. As for the second question check out my DIY's.
