You can drop it the 3.5 that B&G goes and you won't have any probelms with rubbing unless your car is weighed down. If you have a lot of people or extra weight in your car then will rub on the front when turning. You will have a major camber problem on the rear though.
i got 205/40/17's on my ride. the lowest i could go was 3 in the back 2.75 in the front and i rubbed like a motherfuc***....its down 2.5 inches now front and back. i wish i could go lower...get smaller tires and you can go lower
right now i have donuts on the front and 215/35/18's on the back. my suspension consists of koni yellows and g/c coil overs and i slammed it all the way and i measued the height of my car with the height of a stock 2k1 coupe and it was a 4.25' difference in the back and a 4' difference in the front. i wish i could go lower to tuck my 18's more but my struts are already fully compressed.

well first off the g/c's cost me $375 i bought them in feb. and i just got the koni yellows for $585(front and back). to install the g/c's i chopped off the lower pertch on my front stuts, and slid the coils on. its not hard it just takes awile. but everytime i work on my front suspension i ALWAYS strip out the screw on the end of the control arm cause it never comes out of the struts very easy so i always end up beating it with a hammer till it pops out. the back was very easy. i forgot all the stock parts i threw away when i put on the g/c's, but there were quite a few pieces that weren't needed. when i put on the konis the back was easy so i did that first. on the front i took off the struts and measured down 40mm from the top of the strut and started cutting. then you drill a ?13mm? hole in the bottom of the strut so u can screw in the insert. nothing was hard it just takes time. you dont need and special tools or anything either. i think my car rides smooth as hell concidering how low i am. i havent had any problems with the coil overs or the konis......"yet."
when taking off the front strut, you should have used a tie rod seperator instead of beating on it to prevent damaged.. i used it and only took a couple seconds... pound the tie rod seperator in, lean on it and bam, it comes loose... its better then beating on the tie rod end and risking damage to it.
