Here's my 2 cents on this: When I bought my car, I especifically asked about suspension modifications because I had yet to drive on a stock suspension and I was not going to buy the car if that would void the warranty. The dealership and I came to an agreement: I could order the springs and camber kit through them, then have the dealership service dept install the package and set it to fgactory specs. This would be the only way I could keep my warranty.
Long story short; I did this and so far have had a better camber kit and two rear struts replaced--all under warranty.
AlexLx: Yeah man, I agree...I went to them first to test drive a VW GTI and a Honda. In both cases, they were adamant that if I so much as got different wheels, they would not honor the warranty on suspension and related parts...they definitely suck!

Moral of the story: Speak with your dealer and try to have them either recommend and/or install the parts for you...more expensive, but worth every dime if something needs replacing later.
