ya in pictures it looks fine, thats why i got it. but in person its not that low... you still have a noticable gap in the front and back. probably about an inch
VNlilMAN, Trevor, anyone else with 18's - 215/40/18 tires...42 offset wheels...Neuspeed Sport springs...SPC camber kits...Tsunami body kit...will I need to roll the fenders for the camber adjustment? I just read about this in another thread and have never heard it mentioned before on the forum.
i dont have 18s yet but i plan on getting that same exact tire size in a month...
according to the tire calc, its about .6" bigger then stock. now that i think about it i'm kinda worried i might rub... i know like one or two people here have 215-40 tho so maybe they could tell me/us. most have 215-35 but those are too thin to be driving with in ghetto streets of LA.
btw, do you know what kind of tires come in that size? only ones i know are yokohama paradas and pirrelli 7000.
225-35 is very very close to stock diameter but the tire shop said it would probably rub. not sure if this is true tho. i know this one guy on the site is running 225-40 or 45. he didn't roll his fenders but he did gut out the fender well... i would do that too but i'm afraid too much dirt/water is gunna get into my engine.
