Yes you can use the eibach's with the struts and the ride quality will be better than it does using the eibach's on stock struts.

Of course it will be better than Eibach with stock struts but will it be better than Eibach with Konis. So this setup is just like a full coiover setup like Nex and Tein.

Well the strut is shorter than the koni's, yes they are just like full coilovers less the top caps.
