The tires will tucken under the fender before you can think about blowing out the strut. I have been using this type of strut technology for over 12 years.
The strut works like the factory setup, bottom out is not part of the design.

damn i never hear of this type of suspension before...hmmm
sounds like such a good invention......if these are as good as it seems you are gonna be a happy man in a couple of months.

If you want to lower the car only to lower and not change the handling very much than you can use the stock springs. Using lowering springs will give you more of a drop and improve the handling much better than using the stock springs.

Sorry but I designed the strut to work with full diameter springs like the car was designed to have on it.
