it also depends on what shocks u have... ppl i know say coils are better some say, springs are better it what u like more....me i went with coils puting them on tomarrow

Springs will definitely give you a better ride. If you are bouncing aroung like crazy then you have blown shocks. Buy some Konis and it should get rid of some bounce.

Hey I've bought some coil over after reading your comments on springs or coil overs....i'll let you know how is the ride in some days [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG])))

For sure the ride will be bouncing a little....but for me, that's the price to pay for being lowered.....no???

Dude, if what you mean by this is that your ride is extremely bouncy ,you might wanna check your shocks... they might be blown which is not a good thing.
