Should I replace all 4 struts?

I have a 2005 Civic LX that has 145,000 miles on it. I need to replace the rear struts. My question is, should all four struts be replaced at the same time or is this an item that doesn't matter? None of the struts have ever been replaced. Just replace as needed? Is it a do all four and get do one alignment?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: Should I replace all 4 struts?

I usually recommend them in 'axle pairs'.... If a left rear were found bad, I'd recommend both rears.
