Rear camber kit won't feel like something is wrong, but it'll definitely feel better once the kit is on. When I got my car, the last guy didn't install the camber kit. I went for an alignment to see if that would fix what sounded like a slight knocking from the rear. This was about a year after owning it and LOTS of driving. So it wasn't an immediate problem.
They showed me the tire, had a bump that looked like a friggin' tumor. So we got the camber kit for $120 bucks, no charge for install since they were doing an alignment anyways.
Sound wasn't that bad after, but it was still there. Later I got the new tires. Drag racing, occasional road trips, and at least 400 mi. on a normal week. Year and a half later, those new tires look damn good.
So drive without the camber if you want for now since your tires are used, but when the time comes to replace tires, might as well get the kit and just protect the investment. Oh, you'll be able to go longer without needing an alignment too.
