| Re: Tire Rotation buy a tread depth gauge, you can get them for less than $5. i work at a Honda dealership as an express lube tech, and half the time customers come in and ask for a rotation because of the minder system, i tell them they don't need one yet, because i measure the tires. on fwd cars, you want the best tires in front. if you measure the tread on all four tires, and the fronts have less tread on them by 1/32" or more, rotate them to the back. i usually end up doing mine every 5-7.5k miles.
