Need DIY for Boring out Camber holes on struts

Im doing my suspension this weekend and i have bought tokico struts. I spoke to eddie and he had said (and i have seen) members actually drill the camber bolt holes in the strut from 14mm to 16mm. Is there a DIY for this, i dont want to Fvck this up.

Thanks

your really cant. go buy a 16mm drill bit. put it in the hole. have someone hold the strut and just make the bit go through to the other side. bam you got a 16mm hole lol. careful though. the metal shavings that come off are hot as hell.

are you talking about just making an existing hole bigger? if so, you can just go to a hardware store and buy a bit that fits on to a drill, it is conical shape and about every cm or to it goes to a bigger size. grrr, i will try and remember what that thing is called! hope that helps!!

Drill press, and use a conical reamer... which is self centering, not a plain old drill bit. They have steps on them for each mm, so you'd drop the reamer into the hole, then drill it out to 15, step the bit down, drill it to 16 and you're done. Do it in a drill press and make sure its straight before you start.
