Tein Basic Coilover setup needs 2001 top mount bearing?

Hi guys,
I've been researching the Tein basic coilover system and almost every site i've gone to say that if you don't have a 2001 civic you need a 2001 top mount bearing and a upper top mount? I have a 2003 Civic LX and was wondering what they were talking about. TEIN Basic Damper Coilover Kit (without Upper Mount) for Honda Civic 01-05 (02-05 Coupe/Sedan models must purchase 2001 top mount bearing.) That's exactly what the site said. I was just wondering what extra parts I was going to need to do the swap or if there is somewhere that sells everything I would need. Thanks in advance.

Tein sells the bearing kit, it should be on their website. If not, then walk into honda, you need the steering bearing and the top mounting plate.

Just use your stock upper mount, that's what I did for my 02 ex. I think the website is a little out dated.
