Did you set adequate preload (3/4" to 1-1/2")? I applied grease where the springs meet the perches all around. Also I did my best to get some grease up in the top mount areas - obviously harder in back than in front. I'm betting it's just needing a little grease around the spring/perch areas though, and you can check that without taking them off the car.
i tried to spraying some grease stuff on the perch. but still makes that squeaky sound. is cuz i set the coilovers to soft? do i need to stiffen it up? also on the top mount area did u put grease from the outside of the coilover? or just spraying around where u adjust it works too? i guess i have to take of the wheels to get to the top mount area ?

Whoah whoah, what did you spray on? ED-40 or Liquid Wrench or something? No man, I recommend an actual grease, like the gucky gooey messy stuff. I think I used axle grease the last time. I can't think of any spray stuff that would stop your squeaking for any longer than 10 minutes of driving. I packed grease into the top mount from above (all around the adjusting knob) and below (under the hat). Oh and I did this before install, so I didn't have to take wheels off to do it, lol.
This setup is the shit... I've been looking for things to do just to have an excuse to drive around. I can't wait to slam these in the spring, no more nausea on rides to the beach lol.

i've got the fronts on. im still in the process of getting the lower bolt off the rear passenger strut. Air ratchet, impact, defeated. I don't know where to go from here. I've done it once before, just dont know what the deal is this time

Is the bolt just turning and turning about halfway through and not coming out? If so I had this problem before too on a Civic I lowered last year, I just grabbed a pry bar and had a friend turn the ratchet (I did this with handtools, one of them being a fairly long breaker bar) while I used the pry bar to apply pressure on the inside of the bolt head, essentially pulling it out while my friend did the unscrewing.
for the rear lower connection point is it a heim joint (aka rod end or sphecial bushing)??? and does it have a teflon lining or something ?? or is it just metal on metal??
