14" wheels ....staying stock size with new rims...

What's up?
I want to get some Rage Vigor Tires 14"
to put on my stock car and use the same tires that came with my car...I don't have the money for new tires now. I think the wheels look cool, but they are just 14". Have any of ya'll heard of Rage wheels and can my care still look smooth with 14" aftermarket wheels?
