Can these tires fit these wheels ok?

Im just looking around to make the smartest decision I can before spending the money on new tires and wheels.

Here is a size I have in mind. My stock tire is on the left and what I want it on the right side:

I have been looking and Tirerack.com has the tires and wheels I want:

My question is anyone have any experiences with these sizes? Anything good, bad or ugly about it?

Thx again guys for all the input!

Re: Can these tires fit these wheels ok?

Assuming your running these on a 7th gen, you may encounter rubbing with a 225 tire especially with a 42 offset. I'm running 215/40/18 with a 45 offset and it's kinda close running on stock suspension.

But if they do fit, they should look really good! Nice and wide!

What colour is the car?

And. to answer your question, the tire will fit on the rim no problem.

The car is stock "Eternal Blue".

Thank you so much for your input. I posted this same question on other forums and everyone was not telling me anything useful. They didnt want to look at the links I posted and was saying "how do we know what size tire you're talking about?"... hahah!

I have decided on going with the 215/50zr16. That way the tire is not as wide and it shouldn't rub with the stock suspen. I know the wider the tire the larger the turning radius too.
