Will 18s fit our cars ?

My boss told me today he has some brand new eaither zr18 or 17 tires he will have to check tonight that he will sell me for 200$ total. I was thinking about buying some wheels and this would help me stomach the cost just wondering what will fit. btw car has stock suspension and height. 03 civic ex coupe. ty. Re: Will 18s fit our cars ?

i think the only worry is rubbing, and you may need to roll the fenders.

Re: Will 18s fit our cars ?

Good lord those 19s look huge on our car. Well he did origionaly have them on his new wheels he baught for his focus hatch svt and they rubbed a little is why he took them off for a different pair. I would like to be able to make turns without that as a worry. Anyone tried this size and found it to be a big problem? Also doing this wont hurt the stock suspension will it ??

btw im a noob at some stuff I always hear about rolling the fenders what exactly is that and what goes into doing it? Wheels and these tires are goana break me.

Re: Will 18s fit our cars ?

it means basically trimming the fender metal in the wheel well so that it doesnt touch the tire.

16s/17s/18s/19s, even 20s will fit.

The 20s will need some customizing in order for them to fit with a drop, but anything smaller will work even with a drop without a problem.
(depending on the wheel offset and tire size of course).

Mine is dropped on Neuspeed "sport" springs w/Tokico "blues"...19x7.5 (+44 offset) and 215/35-19 tires. Never had a rubbing issue.

why woul you completely f**k your ride quality i mean the stock ride is not evan that great just get 16s better ride and most important cheaper and it doesn't look ridiculously big.also fender rolling is easy it just takes patience a 250 doller fender roller or rental and a heat gun there's a million DIYs out there or take it to a body shop.

My ride quality isnt "completely f**ked". With some decent shocks/struts/springs and wheels, its not that bad.

Besides, the 19s are for show, I use 17s for daily driving.
