Help: Black Rings forming on my Rotors

I noticed that there are some black rings forming on my rotors and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get it off. I changed my brake pads to aem pads within the last 3000 miles but did not do anything to the rotors. Should I have cleaned them? or gotten them resurfaced? or anything of that sort?

Basically, what do I do now?
And are these black rings hurting my rotors?

Its pad material transfer. Pad matter gets trapped in the little grooves that form. Its not a bad thing, just leave it alone.
If they're not complete rings... as in its splotchy all over the rotor face, then your rotors may be hot spotting, in which case, you need new ones. But unless your rotors are real old and getting too thin, that shouldn't happen.
