| They're alright... but I myself would buy the BBS RCs. Sure they cost more. The difference is the way they're made. BBS wheels are made with a better process... counterpressure casting. Think if it sort of like reverse forging. They pull a vaccum on the casting mold then suck the molten aluminum in, rather than gravity casting where you just pour into a mold at atmospheric pressure. The difference is less air in the rim, leaving a stronger, more consistent final casting. And if I remember right, RCs are only about 225 for a 16" rim. |
