tire rack has good tire prices, and as rims go i got Excel 17" for cheap form wheelmax .. they're like the generic rims or whatever but they look good and they have held up

any time you increase the size of the wheel you are affecting your acceleration and braking, so any thing larger then stock is most likely slowing you down.
