i just bought some 17 velox vx-8s from www.wheelsnext.com and they were great.
fast shipping and awesome customer service.
he even hooked me up with free shipping and mounting and balancing
when i first ordered my rims i ordered some vinci z5's for 185 a piece from superbuytires.com. like thirty minutes after i ordered from them they called me back saying that they don't make those in my lug nut pattern but that they will give me some arceo rims, that look the same but are more expensive, for the same price as the vinci's. so i ended up saving about $30 a rim. i don't remember how long the shipping took but customer service was great and packaging was great too.

their customer service is EXTREMELY EXCELLENT! they took the time call me about my order, gave me additional ways to pay since my credit card wouldnt go through (used paypal), and informed when they recieved the payment and aagin when they shipped off the wheels. it dont get better than that!
shipping was fast, ordered on a tuesday, they recieved payment on a wednesday and i got my wheels on that friday.
i used www.wheelmax. com there customer service was shakey. i didn't think i was going to have the right rims. but 5 days later my 17's came with the right rims, tires mounted and balanced. i must say that i would do business with them again.
wheelsnext is unbelieveable, awesome service, awesome prices and took four days shipped from miami to MA.....gave me 20 lugs instead of just 16 too. talk to chris at x208, good guy.

Tons to choose from and you can make your own wheel+tire package. Free shipping too! Even though I bought my wheels off of E-bay, I used this site alot when trying to decide what setup to go with on my ride. Definitely worth checking out.
