Honda Civic Si and Honda Civic SiRThe Honda Civic Sport Package, better known as the Honda Civic Si is a great base vehicle to start a project. Upgraded components on the Honda Civic Si gave this car a advantage from the start. The Honda Civic SiR is the Canadian version for the Si.

i'd have to say they drive much better than the regular civics, and are definitely built well, but i prefer the look of the coupes to the new hatch. the k20a3 doesn't have that high of a redline (when compared to honda's other 'performance' motors) making it IMO less fun to drive. the SI's are sold pretty cheaply around here, only about 1000 more than a EX, so if you can get a good deal on one, go for it.. if you're willing to accept the strange looks you get from people when driving it.
check out ephatch.com. i just got my Si a month ago and i love it, don't worry about the looks, people love it when they see it in person, and it just keeps growing on me. I got mine for 16400 on the road. don't pay any more than 17000 if you can find a 2002 (which is what mine is). they didn't have many left though, so you might have to do some shopping. They're not budging on the 2003s yet, though. hope this helps,
yeah, man ive started looking around that site. havent dug too deep yet though. thats a good deal man, but ill prolly just pay more cause i want the Vivid Blue
i know theres a site you can go to and it tells you the invoice of every car made. problem is, i forget what the site is
