91 si hatch, left HID keeps going out out.
Hey civicforums, need an answer. I just put in a set of 8k HIDs, and my left HID's ballast keeps going out. I have no idea why. This will be my 3rd ballast in 2 days. When I disconnected it, I looked in my female headligh plug and it looks like the plug is pretty well melted in one of the prong slots for my ballst's male plug. Mine HID code is 9006 if it helps. Could this possibly be my headlight ground? To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

What kind of HID brand did you get? There's a lot of defective kits out there that won't last long at all. Make sure your contacts are all clean and got good grounds.
