Anyone have an '08 yet?

Honda Civic Si and Honda Civic SiR The Honda Civic Sport Package, better known as the Honda Civic Si is a great base vehicle to start a project. Upgraded components on the Honda Civic Si gave this car a advantage from the start. The Honda Civic SiR is the Canadian version for the Si.

Re: Anyone have an '08 yet?

the dealer told me straight up that the only ting that changed between any of the 07 civics and the 08, is that in the ex or lx(one of the two) now has the option to come with leather.other than that nothing has changed.

Re: Anyone have an '08 yet?

Just picked up a black sedan last night. Went through 10 dealers to find the exact one I want. They're coming up short here in so. cal.

New the forums. LOOOTS of questions soon to come. Upgraded to this from an 02 F-150. Over the truck and love the handling and speed.

Re: Anyone have an '08 yet?

Got me a 08 Si coupe. New to hondas, was into nissans before (didn't race, just love driving).

I was looking for a 03 maxima 5 or 6 speed, and couldn't find ANY. So I started test driving any manual transmission car. Test drove the 08 civic EX and thought it was cool. Then I saw the Si version and took that out for a spin. Seemed more powerful than the EX, and when vtec kicked in I got goosebumps. So I bought the 08 Si and loving it.

The salesman was trying to get me to buy the mugen version of the Si, I looked at him and laughed. I told him he'd have to pay me to buy that car, I mean, it looks like it came from the movie fast and the furious, UGLY.

Re: Anyone have an '08 yet?

Lol... its not about the looks man, its about ther performance- the suspension on the mugen si is way better then stock, the brakes as well, exhaust, several other things as well. The downside is that those things get jacked all the time. The spoiler is a little needless, but the lip kit isnt bad.

Not to mention, way overpiced for what you get!
