If the ep3 in america was just a last minute decision how come it stayed here for 4 years(02-05)? thats longer than the Eg stayed(was made), and I think the Ek, too. Even though the Ep3 seems to be made/sold in smaller quantities. There's only one left at the dealership up here by me, too. oh well I got mine

The reason there are none left at the dealerships is because they were never ordered in mass numbers....the sales were so weak that it made no sense to stock more than one or two of them. My friend was looking for one and every dealer in town said they weren't stocking them because they were never really in demand...why waste space with a car that won't sell in place of one that will?

Your opening paragraph doesn't really do alot to discredit my statement but I see what you meant anyway. Thing is that the EP has been morphed into something like 6 different forms in Europe ( I have the UK brochure at home...it's like a book). As long as they were still producing the EP as we know it here they would still continue to bring it over in small numbers to sell what they could.
In Canada they offered the GF-X package which was basically an Si/SiR with the full body skirt package and they threw it in for FREE just to try and sell a few of the things.

It was a huge hit in the UK because of it's size but it never did get any following here with Hatch lovers. oh well.

i love my si and i could care less if some ppl dont like them and i had a em2, an 04 ex and everyone else loved it and i hated it.^^^^^^ have fun with your new car man it seems like florida has a lot of nice ones like arz his shit is nice. and you can find them for cheap i got mine for 16,900 but ive heard as low as 13 or 14gs

im kinda pissed I never test drove the Si, I just blew it off cause I wasnt 100% thrilled w/ its styling on the outside and the shifter location just made me completely discard it as a choice. damn me! it might have been fun. o well
