Ya, I scratched my rear bumper by being backed up into by a stupid ford... M2 in Rancho Cucamunga price quoted me about $715 to fix it. Their justification for the rediculous cost? They had on there things like "15 rear bumper clips" - each priced at or around 4-5 bucks! At the same time, they had a charge on the quote near 120 bucks, the charge was "to remove rear bumper" - I'd rather save myself 120 bucks by removing a lame ass bumper than seeing some fat **** rip it off and say he "labored" away on it for 3 hours. I'd start ranting about how stupid the labor system is, but I think I'll spare you.

Ya, fvck M2.

NO I agree M2 really sucks my car almost 2 months also, not only that I left a pair of expensive sun glasses in my car and they were gone and I told them that one of your workers took them because I left them in the glove box, why would someone have to go through my glove box when the damage to my car was done to my trunk and bumper doesn't make sence and they did a lame ass paint job not only that the bumper has gaps from them not lineing it up right this is M2 in Riverside they suck ass

If your car was towed, it could've been the tow truck driver.

Always remove your valuables from your car if you have to give it to someone else. If you forgot, I'm gonna have to say that's your fault because they can't be liable for missing things. You're gonna have to prevent stupidity next time.
