A place to adjust headlight beams?

I need a place where they can adjust ur headlight beam cuz i just got HIDs and i tried and tried adjusting it but for some reason the left headlight still shines too much to the left and on to on coming traffic at night . Does anyone know how to adjust it correctly? HELP To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

you used those bolts on the back of the headlight to adjust them? cause you can see the part actually moving if done correctly.
