I agree Arnold doesn't have any experience but it's not like the "qualified" Davis was doing such a great job anyways. I say give him a chance and be glad so many people voted for once.

maybe you havent been really paying attention to the media stuff then... arnold runs his own as well as many other businesses. hence, he is in deed a qualified business man who also knows how to spend money where it matters. his qualifications where far above cruz bustamante. he was a crazy white person hater who made everyone feel sorry for the hispanic and african american community. How the fu(k did they not catch on to him basically stating that they cant do shit on there own... so we should make decision for them. wtf, enough of arnold bashing, california is not in trouble, if anything, we are finally going to end this recesion and get some money we work for back. and hopefully some of those big ass business will come back to california... like my dads.

dude, know what u are talking about and know the fact before you go off on some tangent about how shitty someone is you dont even know...

i didn't say anthing about bustmamte, but yea, arnold is a ok bussiness person,

but recessions happen, its a big ass circle, it happens every 7 years or so, it wasn't totally davis's fault that crap happened. im not bashing im just saying that we should have had someone better in office and that knew more about politics, yea arnold might know something, but even if we didn't reelect a new governer, we still would have gotten out of this debt and we wouild have been better. for some reason people always blame the governer when the economy is bad, but when it is good they take major credit, even if they didn't do anything,

Actually for the last 2 years I've been reading in the OC Register about Davis signing bill after bill and the writers were predicting huge budget problems. I think he mismanaged our money.

I'll bet Arnold can spell "terrible" and "complete" and "governor". I'll bet he could also properly construct the phrase, "...be even worse in debt..."

Then again maybe not, but at least he's got more than a 5th grade education. lease:

You can tell what your politics will be like just by looking at where you live. So much to say so little space and patience for typing. Answer one question for me............Name one "BIG" company that has left California?

Its kind of pathetic when people have to resort to name calling. Whats the companies name you didnt say a name. Large California corporations pay virtually no taxes on earnings or property. I should know I work for one. If your dads company moved I assume youre no longer in Tustin then, with your dad being the VP and all. Stop repeating what your dad says and get your own views on things. I can tell your probably like 17 yrs old and parents probably pay for everything.

ok where to start.. i am not 17, my parents do not pay for shit, and i am not repeating what my dad says. the companies name is youngs market company, and yes, big companies DO pay taxes, who cares if u work for one or not...does that mean you know everything. and we didnt have to move, the warehouse moved along with all the drivers. thats funny "i should know, i work for one" what are you there accountant or something, i am assuming your not, cuz if you where, you sure as hell would not be driving a civic. its simple, its called looking at the facts, you sounds like that arriana huffington chick...way to know your shit dood.

oh whatever, i am not going to argue about this, and it is not worth getting banned or anything. the facts are there... i am done. peace

I think arnold was the best choice just for the sole reason that he entertains me. So what if he can't make too great an impact on the economy, few governors ever do. At least I will always get a kick out of seeing him speak publicly. That's a lot more than I can say about Davis

Bush on the other hand just annoys the hell out of me. If anyone was wrongfully elected, it was him IMO

good idea arnold...
schools: Went to private school so kudos to Arnold (stop taxing me for a school system
im not using thx)

police: Didn't like them in the first place. Aren't people suppose to feel a sense of security
when a police car is around? Now I just get nervous thinking "what is he going to
pull me over for this time". So kudos to Arnold again.

parks & recreation: You're joking right? Maybe if you're the type that enjoys a brisk stroll
in the park or maybe an afternoon picnic. As far as recreation, all my
hobbies are sponsored by me alone. Sucks for you if I have to pay less
now for you to enjoy your parks/recreations.

road: Eh this is all relative to where you live I guess. The roads I use daily are just fine.

car tax: Arnold is the man! waiting for my refund in the mail still

PS. Appologies if this post pisses you off, it's just my opinion as a tax-payer.

you guys also know that traffic violations tripled... and don't forget fire services, so if ur house catches on fire, i don't think ur water hose will put it out... Local librarys will also lose money... don't forget public health services such as ambulances will be cut...

i don't get why people complain why we have to pay so many taxes, its for the good of us... i don't know if you guys thinking being in debt is a good thing for california or the US, the current national debt is

6,950,858,656,743.65

now i don't think the US will get out of that debt any time soon...

you might not care if you pay for taxes and non of these things apply to you, well they will when you are in a car crash and need to go to the hospital and die because no one could help you... i don't think you could help your self...

shit happens, and taxes help us...

Now you're just taking it to an extreme. It's not like amubulance and hostpital services have been utterly discontinued. Just the other day there was a two car collision right outside my office. We heard the actual accident at around 8:30am and the first ambulance was there before 9:00am and the second roughly 5 minutes after. So it's not as bad as you make it out to be .
