i dont think a header has ANY thing to do with a transmission.
the header is primarily for the engine not the tranny. but thats my 2 cent of knowledge

you can also fing info on the mang. moss. ruling at sema's web site. not just in accordaence with that law and the ruling that go with it. a man or dealer cnt void a warrenty due to an aftermarket part being installed unless the part caused the faliure .... and they have to prove it. if they could then only oem honda parts could ever be used on a car under warr. which would cause a monopoly(sp). if you look in you warrenty info book that cam with the car its says the same thing in the honda book. so if a dealer tells you to go rub one off... then you contact american honda and the general manager of the dealership.......NOT PUT THE CAR BACK TO STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! doing that would only hurt the whole point.... dealers think that they can get away with that sort of shit if people ALWAYS called em on it it would eventualy die out........
f--k im tired of typing now lol

my right blinker is messed up.... it comes on and off .. and it's messing up with the heat/ac unit too.... it cuts it on and off when it blinks... but it goes on when it's not suppose to. They said that it was due to an aftermarket part to my car... but i have an alarm system.. so could they say it was that?.... b/c i know for a fact it wasn't the alarm system that's messing it up b/c it was happening b4 i got it. .... Should i go back there with this law and shove it in their face?

My third gear grinds all the time now, no matter what, so I'm taking it in and supposedly I'll be without a car for 2-3 days. That is under the warranty right?

i also had an electrical problem with my headlights not working. my wiring harness burnt up and so did the headlight swtich. i took it in and they said my alarm caused the prob. it didn't cause the prob cuz it wasn't hooked up to the headlights...has to pay 1000 for a new wiring harness with labor.. no my car is in the shop cuz it has a bad 3rd gear synchro and bent shift fork. waiting to see if my extended honda care warranty will cover this...**** extended warrenties on cars! they are bullshit!

Different kind of situation, but I'm wondering if anyone's ever heard of anything like this before...

I leased my car because of this insanely good deal they had on a sticker on the last '02 si left on the lot. They called me back about a week later and told me that they made a mistake and that my payments were gonna go up $38 a month. After listening to him talk for awhile I basically told him to go f*** himself, so he brought it down to $25, and then to $8 (keep in mind, the contract is already signed) and after he realized that just because i'm a first-time buyer, I'm not necessarily a moron and I knew I had the upper hand, he started BEGGING me to pay an extra $8 a month.

I ended up offering him the $8 a month in exchange for free oil changes for the 4 years, but then when he called me back to say I needed to come down and sign a new contract, I said forget it.

I don't think he would've ever called me in the first place if I was a 50 year old guy who's bought lots of cars before.

wow, haha bloodzombie if that happened to me i would have payed the extra $38 cuz i wouldnt have know that i have the upper hand.

Anyways, I have a question that involes my tranny. When I drive it in the winter the shifter would start to shake for abit, I asked the dealer and he said it might be the snow rubbing the tires, what do you guys think. Does that law work in canana to?or only in the US?
