Unhappy My fender wall is.....

"FAWKED UP"
How much do you think or know the inside fender wall of our Vics run. Yeah...I know some people are saying "WTF The fender wall?!?!" Yeah...I put my new (primered) R33 front bumper kit on, but I still had to take it to the shop and get painted. So I did not clamp the bottom portion of the kit to the fender wall (kinda hard to explain, but if you dropped your bumper b4 you should know what I'm talking about) So I only planned to drive like this for 2 weeks TOPS, but just last night as I'm chillin in my garage, loving my new bumper...I see that the plastic fender wall was blown towards the tire as I drove and slowly ripped the bottom portion of the fender wall apart. It's about a good foot wide and in length. I'm not sure if I just need a new fender wall, or if it can be repaired! Please let me know something...how much for a new one, or how I could repair this shiet. Thanks....
