I need HELP BAD!!!!!!!

My check engine light came on this weekend, so I took it to autozone sunday so they could tell me the code. Well the code is a 1219 or a 1519 but anyways its the "Intake Manifold Rudder Stuck Closed". My car idles at about 1500 rpms now and it sounds like the thing is camming its ass off! (sounds cool somewhat) but I need to see if anyone else has had this problem and if so how much to fix it or can I do it myself! Another question is does anyone acctully make an Itake manifold for our cars cause I mine as well get rid of the plastic one and go aluminium. If no does anyone know a place in Texas (dallas area) that can actully modify one for my car like a few people have done on this site. Come on guys HELP ME OUT!!!!

Ran into the same problem. On thursday my check engine light came on and then about 20miles later, my idle was stuck at 1500rpm. So, I took my car into honda on friday. They told me that the throttle position senson was malfunctioning and that they re-adjusted it. So, I picked up my car and WTF??? The light was still on and the idle was still at 1500rpm. I went straight back in and well, I have to take my car in again next thursday. So, this morning, the light finally went out but the idle is still high. Wow, I am getting annoyed with my car now!
