If not a recall there should be a TSB somewhere on this problem.

If HONDA did truly care they would issue a recall but, they haven't as of yet. This problem is more than common, along with the bad strut problems it seems everyone has. How there are no recalls on these items is beyond me. They are two very common and possibly dangerous problems!

Like I said it is not cost effective. They figure replacing all the damaged parts will cost more than if a few people sue them. Therefore they will not issue a recall.

I started having that problem yesterday. My best friend is a Honda techician and he told me that they are starting to get many complaints about that. He spoke with Honda Tech Support and they were aware of the problem but did not know what was causing it or how to fix it. He plugged the computer and did not registered any errors. So he is speechless. I just know that somehow my sh#$ty 2k1 will be fixed.
