Rep Power: 0 Squeak in hood hinge
I recently noticed a squeak in one of the hood hinges. I only have 6,000 mi on the car. What is the best way to control that type of squeak?

Rep Power: 0 NO NO NO don't use WD-40, thats a "Water Displacment" type lube, that where the "WD" came from. All that stuff will do is eat though the orginal grease thats there and after a while it will dry out and squeek again before long, and make a mess. Use a Silcon spray or a White Lithium based grease. Read your owners manual, it will tell you.
