Coolant and oil loss no overheat

First and foremost, I'd like to apologize to you veterans if I overlooked search results and made a repost.

My 2001 Civic 5 speed is at 180,000 miles now and I've been noticing that my engine is burning or leaking quite a significant amount of oil and coolant.

I lose about 1.5 qt between a 5k mile oil change and I have to top off my coolant every month or so.

It took me a while to catch on to this situation and I drove the car with low oil and coolant for a while and the car never overheated and my temperature gauge never went past what's considered normal. I never blow out white or blue exhaust

Do I have a blown head gasket or a cracked head? I'm hoping it's none of these but I'm beginning to think my engine has been infected with the notorious disease.

Is your coolant overflow reservoir filling up or overflowing causing the coolant loss? If so it's likely the head gasket. Have you performed a compression test?
