Exclamation 2004 honda civic dx

I bought a 2004 Honda civic and it had a blown head gasket and the bolts on the cam were lose and the valves needed adjustment, after replacing the head gasket, adjusted the valves now my car wont start, I torque all the bolts and adjusted the valves to specs, did you have any problem like this in the past?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

now my car wont start
That's pretty dang vague. Did you reconnect the battery?
Does the starter operate?

Cam-crank not correctly timed?

Got compression?

Forgot to tighten the grounds on the thermostat housing?

Im sure you forgot to plug in a sensor. Guessing the one that that you need to unplug to get the casing off the belt in order to remove the valve train cover. Think its the cam position sensor, probably wrong but car will not start if it is not connected.
