i want to shave my emblems but i have heard alot about the red paint fading on our cars. i have had it about a year and a half. i dont want to take them off if the paint underneath is gonna be darker. can anyone with a red civic tell me if there will be a problem?

my bud did it after a year w/o problems, just try it and if it is faded go to honda and get more adhesive and re-apply the badges (you'll have the outlines in the paint [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG])
Yeah I would try it, now if you lived down here in Phoenix I wouldn't even try it my 88 Civic 2 summers here with wax the paint just got demolished. Amazing what the UV and the 115+ temps do over several months.
