2004 Immobilizer System Indicator

My 2004 Civic's Immobilizer System Indicator light began blinking while driving today. I have two keys...both the same age and nothing done to them. Only one causes the indicator light to blink.

Any ideas what to do? Or what could cause the problem? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM?
