visit your local paint and body supply shops....dont quote me on the name but i think it is called vettefill...body shops use it to bond fiberglass to metal...strongest adhesive i have ever seen.

double sided tape from 3M is very strong, but its all in the prep and install. you must wipe both surface with alcohol first and then put the tape on and press the parts firmly together and hold for a few minutes. then let it cure (preferably in hot weather) for 24 hrs. its almost impossible to pull it off. i had a trunk spoiler held with this tape and i thought the paint was gonna come off when i tried to remove it. was so strong i was pulling and the whole car was moving.

clean your window and spoiler real well with no wax or residue-leaving cleaners (preferably alcohol), and then don't get your grimy hands all over the tape either.
