I've brought my car to Honda and a Meineke and neither place can figure it out. My steering wheel shakes, but only after the car heats up. It isn't any of my motor mounts because they've all been checked. It only does it when I'm stopped at a light or something. I don't have any idea what it is so if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it.

No, not at all. The car is quiet except the steering wheel shakes/ vibrates which in turn my exhaust will move somewhat causing some sounds, but the annoying part is just the steering wheel shaking. I'm stumped. If it helps I have an aem short ram intake, but I don't see that affecting my throttle body.
The only thing I can think of is what you have already covered which is motor mounts. or Idle which is probably not the problem. Hmmm. Have your transmission checked? Is it auto or manual?
I have a manual...and it's only when I'm stopped at a light...Doesn't seem to be shaking at all while driving...I appreciate all the help...I'm just as stumped....I might have the motor mounts checked out again...You never know...

both....after booting up the car a couple minutes later it will start the shaking...from 3-5 minutes after ignition all the way up to turning off the car....it happens whenever I'm stopped...
It's not likely for a manual transmission to cause this, I'd check the mounts yourself. Just start the car and rev it from the throttle body. Check to see if you can hear anything and see how much movement the engine has. The 7th gen civic has a mount that has a high wear rate that you might want to look into as well. It's posted all over the forum here.
