Gauge Cluster reads wrong

basically, long story short, after diy changing the cluster's color in my buddy's 01 ex, the needles now read 2.8k rpm when idling and 31 mph at a standstill. as well as temp and gas gauge being wrong and reading too high. is this fixable? if not, how hard is it to make an 03-05 sedan cluster hook up to his car?

Thanks
Ben

did you take out the needles? You probably put back in the needles at the wrong spot. Good way is to just fill up your tank with gas, and put everything at empty, bit below cold, 0mph, and 0rpm. Other than that, theres a thread on swapping clusters
