Need help - Nuespeed rear tie bar

The little fasteners that come with this tie bar (AVK Industrial Products) allow you to drill a hole into the unibody, then insert a threaded insert, so you can bolt the mount to the frame. I need help finding a place to buy more of these fasteners. One of mine didn't work and pushed right thru.
I searched everywhere on the net, but can't seem to find a distributer.

Anyone know of a source for these?
