Unhappy Break bios

Does anyone know if or you can adjust the breaking ratio between the front and rear. my car feels like it breaks 90% front and 10% rear.

Stock felt this way

So I upgraded slightly to hawk racing pads and power slot rotors and in the rear AEM shoes

Upgrade feels the same but it definitely stops faster and longer eg. 130 to 0 no fade unless I clime to anything above 30 and break hard.

Anyone know what to do short of BEAR BREAKS?!
