is my clutch on its way out?

Ok i'm going to try and explain this the best that I can.

So the other day i FRIED my clutch trying to deal with a stop sign on a steep hill. It didn't smell good at all.

right after this happened it felt like my clutch was not engaging when i would let it out all the way. It felt like it would engage a second or so after i let it completely. It still feels as if it's doing this. I also don't feel like there is as much "feel" to the clutch. It's too smooth. Like I polished my friction plate or something.

It also feels like i have to let it out further to hit the engage point.

Do I need a new clutch? my car only has 21k miles on it but I did abuse this clutch a little. (Raced a few times, learned on it somewhat)

Yeah, probably glazed it. It'll eventually wear through that and feel fine. I smoked my first Accord clutch on a steep hill trying to park between 2 cars. It stank like hell. The clutch STILL lasted another 70k.
