second gear problem in 2002 ex 5-speed?

this morning on my way to work, i put my car into second gear and it popped out when i let the clutch out. i put it back in and it went, but then popped out of third gear too. i dont think it was me, but since its only happened once so far (only had the car for 2 days though) it could have been me. the dealer changed a bushing but now 1st 3rd and 5th gears feel real funny u can put the shifter all the way up to where those gears would be with out pushing in the clutch!!!!!!!!!!so now they are ordering a sh#$ load of parts like a new set of gears and shifting forks and some other stuff
