Coil-over: How do you lower it?

Sorry for double posting but just needed serious help. Okay, I serached "coil" on it and did not find my answer. I have a shop (MAS WheelHouse) installed my coilovers and they said they dropped it by 1.75 on all four. But the back looks more dropped than the front. And I think there is only a half inch gap. And I'm scared if there is fat people in my car, my car wouldn't move or it will scrap on the ground is that possible? Anyway... My main question is... How do you adjust installed coilovers? I hope you guys will have tyme on helping me. Well, thanks for your help.! Gladly appreciated. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

DJNuTzSaK is an unknown quantity at this point
the front all you do is jack up the car and use the key to loosen the knob then twist the thing i don't know how to describe but is a rotatable cylinder to make it raise or lower, the back is harder you either jack up the car and go under it or take out the tire and adjust it but same process...
