Seat belt not retrackting all the way???

I get out and my seatbelt just kind or flaps to the side an barely reracks, I have to help it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks! Happens to me now and again. Just make sure the strap(belt) itself is not twisted.. that's what keeps mine from retracting now and again. If it's not that take it back to the dealer because the return spring is not doing it's job and is covered by bumper to bumper warranty.

I hate that. It just gets on my nerves so bad. I realy dont think theres a way you can keep that from flipping like that. I guess I'll eventually get used to it, huh.
