i have done absolutely nothing to my car up till 20k except doing the regularly scheduled oil changes.... are there any other fluids that need to be switched out or any filters that need to be replaced?
are tire rotations important?
thanks

Rep Power: 0 You change the oil filter everytime you change your oil. As for everything else I don't remember my 20k mile check up so just take the car in.

Rep Power: 0 At 20k, the only thing you need to do (besides your regular oil and oil filter changes) is replace the air filter - the engine one, not the cabin. Just follow the schedule in your manual ... use the Severe sched just to be safe.
Rotate your tires every other oil change.
edit: And you don't need to take your car in at 20k to change an air filter... just do it yourself and you'll save big bucks.
