Rep Power: 0 "Stain" on dash board
Two weeks ago I bought a 2011 that had a dash kit in it that I didn't care for. With a little warmth and careful fingers, it came (mostly) right off. However, in working to get the adhesive off, I caused a "stain" when one of the removers I used took off more than I bargained for. It's really not bad - almost like a watermark - but I really want it to be be perfect. Does anyone know of a product that would correct this? Do they make anything like a stain that I could rub on and wipe off that would match? Any ideas would be great.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Check with your local dealerships, see who they use for interior upholstery and leather repair services and go talk to them. (We have a few with names like 'Dr. Vinyl' and 'Upholstery Wizard'.)
Maybe they can give you ideas or hook you up with a little (free or cheap) dye or something.
