Costom light under car!

Is that illegal in BC? I saw the car with a red light on hwy 1 it looks awsome!! but he turn it off when exit the hwy. If its not too expensive I want one install.

should be illegal when you're driving but for show (meaning: car not moving) it should be okay...

Sorry, these are illegal on the street in BC at any time unless covered by an opaque cover. (moving or parked) They qualify as "off road lights" as defined in division 4 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations.
